Rule of Admission and withdrawals


The admission process will be as follows.

1.   No student shall be admitted to the Pre-University course unless he/she has passed the Karnataka S.S.L.C.Examination or any other examination recognised as             equivalent there to.

2.   Candidates for Pre-University course should opt under part-1 the same language offered at the S.S.L.C. or corresponding examination as a second language.

3.   Application for admission must be made in the Prescribed from available in the Office.

4.   The duly filled-in application form shoud be submitted to the office either in Person or by post on or before the stipulated date.

5.   Names of Candidates selected for admission by a selection committee to various courses will be notified on the notice board in the college. No postal intimation will        be sent.

6.   The selected students must meet the Principal and memebers of the admission committee with the following documents, within the stipulated time.
      a.   T.C.form the School/College last attended.
      b.   S.S.L.C/X Marks Card.
      c.   Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended.
      d.   Migration and eligibilty certificate in case of students from outside the State.
      e.   Five stamp -size Photographs.
      f.   Latest Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/CAT-I/OBC students.(Two Photo copies).
      g.   Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card.

7.    Request for withdrawal from a particular course/combination should be through an application submitted to the Principal by the student. Such requests will be     considered only if rules permit.

8.   Parents must accompany their wards at the time of admission.All admissions are subject to the approval by the Department of PU Education.

9.   Admission to II PUC is not automatic. It is based on student's satisfactory academic performance, character & conduct during the First Year.
